Welcome to the new name and site

Chances are that if you are reading this, you were here when my physiotherapy was called iDPOET. The only constant is change, and here we are with a new name Free Spirit Physiotherapy and name I can really identify with, a logo that is full of both me and Charlotte from Free Spirit Pilates (and girlfriend, Awwwww right). We share location just outside Aarhus in Risskov, or should i say she has kindly taken me into her totally gorgeous Pilates studio which you should totally visit.

How I do physiotherapy is still the same, I work with athletes of all kinds, cyclists, triathletes, climbers, runners etc. I work with non-athletes looking for that personal relationship with their physio, and with everyone I spread the gospel of increased bodyawareness and connecting body and mind.
